Now that winter season officially in process that mean that training is the main priority! I have been spending a lot of time working out my schedule for the off season and from what it looks like its pretty brutal… This year im taking a different approach on training. I think the more time on the bike the faster you will get, so i am trying to get down the trails with dirt on them as much as possible because where i live most of the DH trails are snowed in! Another new thing i am taking on is swimming, I have a swim program that i will be fallowing. I also do a lot of running now wich i have felt helps quite a bit with endurance. I try to run more on trails, i find it keeps your mind more focused and alert while running.
I will try to keep you guys posted as much as possible on whats going on through the off season.
